The Teal Project and The Erie County Commission on the Status of Women

Our Fundraising Goal:

Walk-a-thon Day Schedule:

8:30 am:  Registration Begins - Arrive Early!
  9:00 am:  Walk-a-thon Begins
10:00 am:  Speakers

Come out and support our mission to reduce the statistics of sexual and domestic violence while enjoying a walk with your friends and neighbors along the river at beautiful Isle View Park. Assisting the community has never been so easy or fun. Set your own personal goal and show your commitment to making the world safer for everyone!

Proceeds from the Walk-A-Thon go directly to The Teal Project, a NYS not-for-profit charity that provides educational outreach programs to students and adults in an effort to prevent and raise awareness of sexual violence and abusive relationships.  Additionally, a portion of the proceeds will go to The Tribute Garden, honoring the lives of those affected by domestic violence.

Please park in the Isle View parking lot.  Registration begins at 8:30 am and the Walk-A-Thon begins at 9 am promptly. The walk is approximately 1 mile, suitable for all ages and physical abilities.  The Walk-A-Thon ends at The Tribute Garden.  Speakers will begin at 10 am and awards for most funds raised individually and as a team (of 10) will be presented.
